AI Profit Pilot

One problem. One number. Measured.

The pilot proves value before anything grows. It is scoped to show a measurable result in 30–90 days, against a baseline measured before work starts.

How a pilot runs

Four steps, your baseline.

  1. Agree the measure

One problem, one number that shows whether it moved, and its baseline, measured from your own systems before work starts.

  2. Build the smallest fix

The least software that can move that number, tested before it touches operations.

  3. Run it alongside your team

A person approves anything that commits your business. Nothing old switches off until you say so.

  4. Measure and decide

The number against the baseline, the method, and a recommendation: deploy, adjust or stop.

Typical first pilots

Chosen by value, not by what is fashionable.

Which one comes first depends on what we measure first. These are the kinds of problems a first pilot usually takes on.

  • InsuranceCertificate intake and turnaround · renewal triage before the renewal date · call outcomes that act on the CRM · intake written into the agency system
  • TruckingDetention candidates for dispatch to confirm · fuel bought below the fleet's own price · data out of a TMS with no API
Questions

About pilots.

How is a pilot priced?

As a fixed fee, agreed before work starts, once we both know what the problem is worth. No part of the fee depends on a promised result.

What counts as a result?

The measure agreed before the pilot starts, against the baseline measured before the pilot starts: minutes per task, items handled, detention billed, renewals reviewed on time. We report it whether it moves or not.

What happens after the pilot?

If it worked, we make it production-grade and hand it over in your accounts. If it did not, you keep the measurement and the method, and we say why.

Every pilot starts with a free call.
