Trucking companies

Your data is already there. Make it answer.

You do not need new software. You need the TMS, the GPS and the fuel cards you already pay for to answer the questions that cost you money: where trucks wait, what fuel really costs, and what never gets billed.

  • Desktop TMS with no API
  • Telematics GPS
  • Fuel-card feeds
  • IFTA miles
  • Rate confirmations
  • Text messaging (consent-first)

What we found at a regional carrier

Detention was billed on 0.36% of loads.

110 of 30,652 loads since 2022. The TMS held no arrival or departure time on any of its 135,631 stops, and 80.2% of 2026 loads had a pickup time of exactly 06:00, so GPS was the only clock. In 71 days of GPS data, 243 stops out of 1,098 ran past free time: candidates for dispatch to confirm, not proven detention. Read the case study or the method, step by step.

The detention check

Send us your exports. We send back the measurement.

Your TMS load and stop exports and your GPS history in; a measured baseline of how often you bill detention, a ranked list of candidates for dispatch to confirm, and the method behind every number out. It is the first measurement we take for a trucking client, at a fixed fee agreed before we start.

What we build

Problem first. Status honest.

Built means it exists and passes its tests. Testing means it runs on real data but is not yet acting on it. "We build this" means we would build it for you; it is not a result.

What we ask for

Exports and history. Read-only.

Everything on this list is read-only, through access you grant and can revoke.

  • TMS load and stop exports, from the exports your system already offers.
  • GPS / telematics history, from the provider you already have.
  • Fuel-card transactions, only if fuel is in scope.
  • Rate confirmations, if detention billing is in scope.
Questions fleet owners ask

Straight answers.

Our TMS has no API. Can you still work with it?

Yes. We work through the exports the system already offers and check every pull against the system’s own on-screen totals before anything is built on it.

Can you find detention we never billed?

We can measure it. The check compares each truck’s GPS arrival and departure with the appointment. Drop-and-hook loads are left out, because the driver does not wait. Stops past free time become a list of candidates. Dispatch confirms them before anyone bills, using the in and out times on the signed bill of lading (BOL) where the shipper or receiver wrote them. A candidate is not proven detention.

Do drivers get texts without agreeing?

No. Texts go only to drivers who agreed to get them. They follow the phone companies’ texting rules, and every message is logged.

Do we have to change telematics or fuel cards?

No. We read from the providers you already have, using access you grant and can revoke.

Is this connected to buying insurance from you?

No. Your AI work is never priced together with your insurance, and your data is never used to sell you insurance, by the founder’s agency or anyone else.
